With extensive real estate experience spanning over 15 years, Hanh has held senior positions that include being a Director in AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, where she was actively involved in various strategic initiatives for enhancing portfolio and asset performance of AmanahRaya REIT, and contributed to the significant improvement of the assets’ occupancy and income over 2 years span. Hanh also participated extensively in acquisition and disposition activities in Singapore as part of her tenure at Kenedix Asia and asset management and project development at CapitaLand Vietnam.
Hanh’s educational credentials include an MBA specialized in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, where she received the CapitaLand International Scholarship. She brings both experience and extensive knowledge of the Vietnamese real estate market to the Charming Land team.
