Yong Ho Hsiang

Yong Ho Hsiang is the Chief Financial Officer of CMIA Capital Partners.

Yong Ho Hsiang has extensive experience in general management, financial control, operations and risk management, bringing added value to CMIA Capital Partners.

Prior to joining CMIA Capital Partners, Yong was the Vice President Director of PT DBS Bank Indonesia, effectively the second-in-charge of the DBS group’s Indonesian banking business, comprising eight bank branches, with more than 200 staff throughout Indonesia, and oversaw the business of investment banking, SME and corporate banking, treasury operations and consumer priority banking.

Yong began his financial sector career with DBS Bank which spanned across various parts of Asia. Yong joined the Financial Institutions Group of DBS Bank in Singapore to oversee the bank’s relationships with foreign bank and financial institutions in France, Thailand and Indochina. He was also the Chief Representative for DBS group in Myanmar.

Later, Yong was appointed Head of Operations of DBS Bank Philippines Inc., the DBS Group’s operations in the Philippines and managed the operations of over 20 retail branches and more than 300 staff throughout the Philippines, which primarily engaged in the business of retail, SME and corporate banking. After which he was the Vice President Director of DBS Indonesia in Jakarta, where he oversaw the Operations, Technology, Finance and Retail Banking of the Bank.

Yong Ho Hsiang has a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree with First Class Honors from the National University of Singapore.
