C&O is a fully integrated pharmaceutical company with strong R&D, manufacturing and distribution businesses and has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since October 2005. The company develops, manufactures and markets the company's branded drugs, as well as distribute third-party pharmaceutical products throughout China.

CMIA helped to strengthen C&O's investor relations program, introduced C&O to foreign drug manufacturers for strategic tie-ups and advised C&O on the recruitment of an experienced CFO.
