Minzhong is a leading, internationally accredited, integrated vegetables processor with processing facilities and plantations throughout China processing more than 100 different varieties of processed vegetables.
CMIA financed the management buyout cum privatization of Minzhong in 2004, as well as arranged follow-on private equity and mezzanine financing to fund further business expansion and growth. CMIA also assisted in the recruitment of Minzhong's finance team and introduced corporate governance and internal controls processes.
Minzhong successfully launched its Initial Public Offering ("IPO") in Singapore in April 2010.

Emerald Asia Group is an established integrated mushroom and fungi producer and processor in China. Emerald Asia Group offers a diversified range of mushroom and fungi food products, including Shiitake mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, Snow Fungus and Cloud Ear Fungus. They are often sold fresh or in various processed forms such as dried or for use in packaged food products. Emerald Asia Group also has operations in OEM packaged food products including sauces (curry, spaghetti), soups (borsch, onion, beef etc), and meat products (roast pork, bamboo shoots with mushrooms).
CMIA intends to introduce experienced professionals to further strengthen the management team and assist Emerald Asia Group to secure additional financing. CMIA has been supportive of Emerald Asia Group's initiatives to attract customers from China and Southeast Asia and intends to introduce several foreign agribusiness companies for possible partnerships.

Haikui is a leader in China's processed seafood industry which exports approximately 80% of its products to the United States, Europe and Asia. Haikui's principal processed seafood products include frozen seafood (e.g., fish, shrimp and crab), chilled seafood (e.g., crab meat, crab cakes and breaded oysters), fresh seafood and canned tuna.
CMIA played a key role in the establishment of the FTZ, which increased seafood supply significantly, and also assisted Haikui in obtaining the Foreign Invested Enterprise (FIR) status. CMIA also worked with the company to engage a chief financial officer for Haikui and strengthen the company's strategic decision making process, internal controls and management reporting.
