LEE CHONG MIN
Lee Chong Min is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CMIA Capital Partners and has been responsible for the firm's development since its founding in 2003. Chong Min has more than 25 years of experience in banking and private equity in Asia and the UK. Prior to founding CMIA, Chong Min was the Head for Cargill's Equity Investments & Trading for the Asia-Pacific region. Before that, he served as the Head of Money Markets and Convertible Bond Operations at JP Morgan. Chong Min holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.
Anson Wang is the Senior Partner and Co-Founder of CMIA Capital Partners. Anson has over 25 years of experience in private equity and venture capital, fund management and corporate banking. Prior to founding CMIA, Anson was the Regional Managing Director for HSBC Asset Management, the institutional fund management business of HSBC. Before that, he served as the Founding Chief Executive Officer of State Street Global Advisors (Asia). Anson holds an MBA, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, USA.
YAP KIAN WOON

Yap Kian Woon is the Chief Investment Officer of CMIA Capital Partners where he has management responsibility over the firm's investments, deal origination and portfolio management functions. Prior to joining CMIA Capital Partners, Kian Woon was the Global Head of Alternative Investments at Bank of Singapore. Before that, he served as the Global Head of Private Equity at ING Private Bank. Kian Woon holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Jason Xu is an Executive Director with CMIA Capital Partners and has fourteen years of investment and operational experience, primarily in China. Prior to joining CMIA Capital Partners, Jason was an investment manager at Heartland Investment, an Open Door Capital Group Company. Before that, he specialised in mergers and acquisitions at CarVal Investors, a subsidiary of Cargill. Jason holds an EMBA from Washington University - Fudan University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Michelle Sung is an Executive Director with CMIA Capital Partners. Michelle's role involves supporting deal execution and driving value-added initiatives with portfolio companies. Prior to joining CMIA Capital Partners, Michelle was an investment manager with Black Swan Capital. Michelle holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan.
Joseph Zhou is a Vice President with CMIA Capital Partners where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in private transactions. Prior to joining CMIA Capital Partners, Joseph worked at Barclays as a Business Analyst where he served as an advisor to corporate companies. Joseph holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
