Singapore-based private-equity group CMIA Capital Markets said Friday it launched its fourth growth capital fund focused on China, which will be US$200 million in size.
The fund will focus on companies with high exposure to the Chinese agricultural, biomedical and consumer sectors.
"In particular, we are seeking to provide growth capital to companies, within and outside China, with strong management teams that are engaged in businesses or seeking to expand their businesses in high-growth sectors in China that demonstrate clear and attractive growth or expansion potential," CMIA co-founder Anson Wang said.
