JIMMY WANG

Jimmy Wang is a Partner at CMIA Capital Partners and is based in Shanghai, China.

Jimmy Wang is a highly accomplished and results-driven executive in the merger and acquisition, investment industry. He has 17 years of successful origination, investment execution and financial advisory experience.

Prior to joining CMIA Capital Partners, Wang was the Director of Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) in Deloitte Corporate Finance in Shanghai where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of M&A transactions.

Before that, he was the Senior Manager of Transaction Services division at KPMG in Shanghai, China. Wang was also the Representative of Banco Santander, Shanghai previously.

Wang’s experiences in two of the Big Four firms and his engineering background have strengthened CMIA Capital’s research capabilities. More importantly, his M&A-related knowledge and experience has solidified CMIA Capital’s expertise in venture capital investment.

Jimmy Wang obtained his Bachelor of Science in Automation Engineering from Xi’an Jiang Tong University, Xi’an, China. He also holds a MBA in General Management from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
